Whether you're joining a program, the Inside The Spc community, or applying for 1:1 — this is where we start. Knowing your goals, your body, and your life lets me actually meet you where you are.

Read every answer carefully and personally. Everything you share stays between us.

1:1 coaching is fully built from these answers. In-person SF coaching is by approval — limited spots, this questionnaire is the application. For Programs and Inside The Spc, your answers help me set you up well from day one.

Check anything that calls to you. We'll figure out the right one together.
Lifestyle, schedule, pets, kids, what's worked or hasn't in the past — anything that gives me a fuller picture.
