Bodyweight is strength and conditioning that needs no rack, no dumbbells, and no gym — just structured training you can do in a hotel room, a living room, or a park. The patterns are the same ones that build real fitness: squat, push, pull, hinge, and conditioning.
Across four weeks it progresses through movement variations and tempo: Foundation, Volume, Tempo and Intensity, then Power and Recovery. Harder variations and slower eccentrics keep it genuinely challenging long after week one.
Each session runs about 40–55 minutes. All bodyweight — bands or light dumbbells optional.
